Among the excuses megapackers like to bring up, like that it is skillful to gather such a big group of people, dismissing it as just a playstyle is the most common one.

What you are doing is intentionally going out of your way to break the intended rules that were made for a reason. This is as pathetic as using scripts in other games to compensate for your lack of skill.

other excuses used to justify megapacking to stay in the game:

-You can just run away

-never be in x, y and z area

-Being in a megapack is actually a downside since you cannot buff everyone and debuff your teammates

-You can just megapack yourself to counter the megapack.

-I have no social life nor any accomplishments to my name. Cheating in this game by megapacking is the only way to feel any sort of happiness and camaraderie in my miserable existence.

I always knew they were a bit messy, but I couldn’t even climb up them as a sub adult dasp. precise movement nor sprinting did the trick.

without jump or a massive dino, the stairs are way harder to climb than what they look like. You get stuck on everything. Doesn’t matter how small the slope is, you seem to get stuck on them.

Currently the isle and path of titans are still in competition against each other even though the isle runs like rubbish.

The thing is when people on pc look for a game they like 9/10 times they start looking on steam. Looking up the tag “dinosaurs” results in the isle before jurassic world and even ARK. I myself bought the isle on steam as well (before refunding it and looking for better options).

Alderon could easily beat their biggest competitor if they made the switch over to steam. You can still have their own launcher on startup just like planetside 2 for example. It just makes the game more known to more people.
