Hey,

I need some advice around training and my recovery. At the moment I've got my week looking something like:-

Monday - HIIT Run // Medium Dog Walk (3 - 8Km)

Tuesday - Short Dog Walk (3 - 5Km) // Gym (Strength Training - Push)

Wednesday - Short Run (3Km)

Thursday - Short Dog Walk (3 - 5Km) // Gym (Strength Training - Legs)

Friday - Short Dog Walk (3 - 5Km) // Gym (Strength Training - Pull)

Saturday - Park Run (5Km) // Medium Dog Walk (3 - 8Km).

Sunday - Hike / Long Dog Walk (8 - 16Km).

My recovery isn't poor, but I think if things were possibly better structured or focused I'd have higher energy levels giving better performance on my more demanding days.

Any advice or recommendations welcome.
