Sup guys. I had an itch to play the old tony hawk games and the remasters, while good, were just not doing it for me. They even have a great updated soundtrack but it still just ended up feeling like the same old thing.
So I explored my options and I've been on a kick of watching winter sports on YouTube lately, and I remembered steep coming out a long while ago.
Well I figured snowboarding was similar enough to scratch that itch and after some research I bought this game instead of steep. What a phenomenal decision.
I don't have the opportunity to actually snowboard much but this game is clearly a love letter to the sport. Everything about it just feels good. I'm having so much fun, and anticipate this being in my catalogue for quite some time.
If any of the devs are reading this please do more! Skiing would be awesome! (Also try your own hand at a skateboard game because skate. SUCKS)
