As title says, my friend finally got hired as an IT apprentice at a college, this screenshot is from the policy they sent over alongside his documents! Can anyone tell me if this is normal and what purpose your company having your genetic data would serve? (he insists it is, I think it's insanely strange and I've never seen this before despite enjoying reading policies for fun)
