I bought home built in 1910 and I'm trying to hang a few heavy items off the plaster/brick wall I share with my neighbor. It's a plaster wall with brick directly behind it. No studs, just furring strips from what I can gather. I started off thinking I would use tapcons, but I've heard mixed reviews with soft brick. Are epoxy anchors my best option? For context, I'd like to hang a few stainless steel bars for hanging pots and pans (maybe 30 lbs) and a tv (70+ lbs including wall mount). Any other options to explore?
