Warning for those who need passports: the USPS website will accept and confirm passport appointments, but the TriVillage workers refuse to honor them.

They are ABLE to do the work—acc to other employees—but they won’t. They rejected all of the Saturday appointments—they put up a red sign and even yelled at one family to GET OUT of the location.

Those of us with TriVillage appointments ended up at Citygate—and the very kind Citygate worker stayed an extra two hours to get us processed.

One USPS employee said they had been told do the processing, but weren’t complying.

TriVillage acknowledged that the appointments existed and that staff knew how, but they just refused. I don’t know the backstory about why the workers are refusing, but beware, those available times are only imaginary.
