Need help with Helmet sizing and slight Print modifications
Hey everyone, I am reletively new to FDM printing, had a Ad5x for about 2 months now. and I really wanna make stupid cosplay helmets to wear while i stream. Problem is my head is larger than average and so if I print normal size helmets they don't fit.
I have included a link to the helmet i very badly want to make work but even after measuring my head with calipers (3d printed ones) and using Refmaker to do the sizing the helmet came out giant. Looks great... but like 15% too large.
What is the best way you've found to make an accurate size helmet for yourselves. Also side question the walls of the helmet are too thick for my liking, what is a good program to use to try and thin them out slightly.

up to date firmware on both machine and pc
using flashforge orca. and am getting good at cutting up large prints with connectors.
Using Elegoo PLA + and it looks great
