I think burnout is ruining YouTube for small creators

I miss when creating content used to feel exciting.

Now it just feels like pressure.

Pressure to upload. Pressure to grow. Pressure to stay relevant.

I’ve been posting consistently for months and honestly… burnout hits harder when nobody sees the work behind the videos.

People only see: “bro uploads content.”

They don’t see the constant overthinking.

Checking analytics. Comparing yourself. Feeling like your work isn’t good enough.

And the weirdest part?

You start questioning yourself as a person just because videos don’t perform well.

I’ve actually started documenting this side of the creator journey on my YouTube recently instead of pretending everything is perfect.

Because I know smaller creators probably feel this too.

How do you guys stay motivated before the results come?

Hey everyone 👋

I’ve been creating content for 1 year now.

I talk about: • Personal branding • Lead generation • Social media growth

My goal is to help founders, coaches, and business owners grow online without spending hours making content every day.

I feel I’ve improved a lot since I started: • Better editing • Better hooks • Better communication • More value in my posts

But I still struggle with reach. Sometimes it feels like the algorithm is not pushing my content.

So I wanted honest feedback from you guys:

• Is my content actually helpful? • Am I missing something important? • Are my hooks/content weak? • Or do I just need more time and consistency?

I’d really appreciate if some of you could check my socials and tell me what I’m doing wrong. I’m open to honest feedback.

If you want to review my content, my Instagram & YouTube links are in my bio. Or just DM me and I’ll share them with you 🙌

And if you genuinely find the content useful, a follow/subscription would mean a lot.

Still learning. Still improving. Trying to stay consistent every day.

For the last 2 years, I’ve been working on something most people overcomplicate — personal branding.

Especially with AI now, I started helping people build their personal brand on social media without needing to shoot content every single day.

Because let’s be honest — most business owners don’t have time for that.

My focus has mainly been:

Business coaches

Founders

People who want to create content but never get the time

And I’m not just saying this — I’ve been using the same system myself for the past 6 months.

I work a full-time corporate job, and still:

I consistently put out 4–5 posts per week

I manage my agency on the side

And I don’t feel burnt out trying to “create content daily”

Earlier, I used to struggle with consistency a lot. I knew content was important, but it always felt like a second job.

That’s when I started building a system around:

Repurposing

AI-assisted content

And batching smartly instead of grinding daily

Now it actually feels manageable.

Not saying it’s perfect, but it works.

If you’re someone who knows you should build your personal brand but can’t stay consistent because of time…

Feel free to DM me. I’m happy to share what’s working.
