Sorry if this is a stupid question. I was just wondering if the enemies scale with the player character. I just got to act two a few days ago and I have spent my entire time doing side jobs, gigs, and cyber pyscho hunting and want to make sure I didn't like "over level" or anything.

Side question but what is the best sports/hyper car? I looked it up online and couldn't find a single answer and saw a bunch of different ones so I was hoping you guys could be of help. By best I mean like best speed + handling and maybe design too
