I hear this loud buzzing electric sound (see the video). I hear it in the car, but it's louder outside the car. I only hear it when the air conditioning is running on cold and the car is in D (drive) and idle (ie not moving). If I turn off the ac, the sound stops. If I put the car in neutral, the sound stops. If I accelerate, I no longer hear it, but unsure if it's because the sound is masked by road noise.

Any idea what this is? The car has only driven ~3000 miles. I'm taking it to the dealership in a few weeks.
