Who makes a good set of knives that aren’t crazy expensive? For now the pm2 is gonna break down some tenderloin
All my kitchen knife sets have rusted after one time through the dishwasher. They all have been labeled stainless. All have been the generic sets from Walmart and target. Think I probably tried them all.

Off of a recommendation I bout some ultra lightweight ti scales and first impressions are good I like em. Not joking I thought the sent me an empty box lol super light.( we’ll definitely compared to the zirc scales I had on there
