Gym session advice

Hi, I have recently started going to gym, 3 sessions a week for a month now. My current goal is to lose weight while preserving muscle. I'm 183cm and 92kg.

So the question is, is this an optimal routine ? I do excatly this every session:

  1. Leg press – 3x10 170kg

  2. Incline press – 3x8– 40kg

  3. Chest press – 2x10 40kg

  4. Lat pulldown – 3x8 52kg

  5. Face pulls – 3x15 27kg

  6. Shoulder press machine – 2x10 32kg

  7. Lateral raises – 3x12 6kg

  8. Biceps curls – 2x10 14kg

  9. Triceps pushdown – 2x12 54 kikg

The weights vary and sometimes go up or down. Recently I realized that I often do "ego lifting" so currently trying to zero in on suitable weights while actually doing the exercises correctly.
