33 weeks - fired endo

For context, I’ve been t1 for 22 years, 0 complications, never been in DKA. Current A1C is 6.3 which is the highest it’s been in years and has been under 6 up until my 3rd trimester. I’m on omnipod/G7.

I was switched in the practice to a new endo who was able to see me more often during pregnancy and she is an absolute witch. She doesn’t know much about T1 either. I’m moving after the birth to a new state so at last appointment, I got my refills and a referral and won’t be going back which leads me to ask you all instead of her -

Has anyone taken a low dose of long acting insulin while wearing their pump to offset some of the resistance?

32w pregnant. FTM. I am actually losing my mind. I am used to a 5.8 A1C and I’m currently out of control. Everything I eat makes me skyrocket even if it’s lower carb then I have to take massive amounts of insulin to get it down and crash. My endo is horrid. Like think someone who hates her job and everyone at it. She’s no help. I’m on omnipod and Dexcom and the G7 is so inaccurate that I am finger checking constantly (calibrating isn’t seeming to help). I’m at a loss and mentally do not know how much longer I can run on 1-3 hours of sleep.

I am 8 months pregnant and idk if that’s why but I cannot leave the house anymore without someone approaching me asking me for money. Has this just gotten worse in general or are people doing it because I’m pregnant and they think I’ll be more likely to give?
