To the people studying marine engineering in any college, how powerful of a laptop do you need? Ive heard that CAD softwares like matlab, ansys and maxsurf is required to run simulations. Also, windows or mac? Thank you
I have seen a lot chasing deck side. So if I am to consider 1 lakh people, I would say 60k goes for dns, 30k for bsc and the rest for Btech(not counting lateral enteries). What are your thoughts on this.
I will be joining TMI soon and studying Marine Engineering. Im not sure if I need a high end laptop for CAD softwares like MATLAB and ANSYS. My current plan is to go for the macbook m5, should I go for a windows laptop? Would be great if a fellow M.E student can help
