A couple of months ago when washing I felt a hard lump under my skin not on my actual anus but more my butt cheek right next to it. Its like the size of a small marble under my skin I’m currently awaiting surgery for external haemorrhoids so I assumed it was maybe to do with that, the lump doesn’t hurt but it’s not comfortable if I squeeze it or feel it too firmly, I can also feel it slightly when I’m sat down for long periods of time other than that no pain whatsoever.
Wouldn’t say it’s grown in size but the more research i do I’m concerned it’s actually a perianal abscess however it’s not painful at all and I’ve had it for nearly 4 months now with no change in size or pain? The only symptoms I have are the lump and tiny amounts of discharge on my underwear sometimes
Any advice?
