I have a goal to run my first marathon this October, I’m currently at 25mpw and still strength train 3x a week. Before taking on running I would strength train 5x a week and I know with increasing mileage it gets harder to do as many days. What are some non-negotiable strength training exercises you do ? Currently two I always try to have in my lower body day are step ups and single leg rdls. And also how many days do you do when you’re at peak mileage weeks! Thank you ! 💛
