I have a nvidia gpu and for some reason ever since i turned on gsync in nvidia-settings tarkov flickers like crazy but only that game, is there any way to turn off gsync for tarkov only?

So pretty much i updated my system daily until nvidia 595 broke 3 games out of the 4 that i play and i decided to downgrade to 590 and ever since i dont update my systeam because it will update nvidia drivers as well, or can i make an exeption in the updater to only to update nvidia drivers? If yes is it recommended?
