Before buying, is this real?

As you can see my foreskin is stuck to my penis itself on the left side Which results in me not being able to pull it back. Altough on the right side, after 3 years of pulling it back and cleaning it every day during shower, it want all the way back there as you can see. Between the foreskin and the penis smegma comes out commonly. Is this ok?

Ive been playing it for a few weeks. Works completely fine. Before i bought it, i uploaded pictures up here, they said its real. What about now?
