I teach history and what always baffles my students is when I explain to them that - in theory - all Asterix comics have to happen in a five year time span because Caesar only ruled for that long before he was killed.
I know it's a comic that always returns to status quo and I don't think it takes anything away from my enjoyment but I think it funny that Asterix and Obelix don't ever have a day off and that every single day of the week they have to go on a world touring adventure.
