Hi all - finished a couple rounds of retrievals, and have one (1) unused, never-punctured Follistim AQ Cartridge 900 IU left over. It has been refrigerated continuously since I received it last summer. Was holding onto everything in case I might need to do further rounds, but am now ready to pass this on to someone who needs it! The expiration date printed on the box states 2026DEC10; the Rx printout label affixed to the box when it was dispensed by Freedom Fertility states "Fill Date: 06-24-2025 - Discard After 06-24-2026". Available to hand off in downtown Chicago or in Hyde Park. Send me a message!
