I got some more training in today and I did pick out some of my one problem especially in my foot work and stance. Any suggestions (yes I know I’m working for a dull soon )

I was practicing for like 2 hours and I felt like every cut I made was not good, I also know that in this video some of my guards were off so can some one give me some tips or suggestions
