Do you guys actually use all the health data or just check your rings?

Honest question. I've had my Apple Watch for like 6 months and I really only look at my rings and maybe steps.

All the other stuff like heart rate variability, VO2 max, standing hours- I don't even know what half of it means.

Am I wasting the watch or is everyone else also just using it for rings?

Real talk: I check my rings maybe once a week now. I used to obsess over closing them every day but now I just wear the watch and forget about it.

Is the data actually useful or is it just becoming background noise?

I've been using Whoop for 6 months and it's great but honestly I'm getting tired of waking up and immediately checking if I'm in the green or red.

Like some mornings I feel great and it says I'm at 30% recovery. Other times I feel like crap and it's 85%.

Does anyone else just ignore it now? Or am I
