I am from the US, and my study permit was approved. I wanted to visit Canada for a few months to look for accommodations and enjoy the summer. I won't be traveling solo; my friends plan on vacationing with me. I plan to head back to the US the first week of August to get my belongings moved and activate my visa when I cross back.
Will there be an issue since I don't/can't activate the visa this far ahead of the school start date? I will have a return flight booked in case the agent asks, but I have 3 checked bags (one is golf clubs). I don't want to get flagged for a secondary since I have some luggage, but I wanted to ask if this will raise some flags.
