Tired of being called a racist

I, white male, am a supervisor in an office that is predominantly minority. Im pretty funny and get along with everyone pretty well, at work and in my private life. I was blessed with parents that were open minded and I never heard them speak badly about any group of people. I grew up in a pretty diverse population and have friends of every gender, race, religion, age, and sexual orientation. At work I take pride in what i do and I believe in what im paid to do. I dont have unrealistic expectations of what I'm doing and no real drive to "climb the corporate ladder." The problem is some of these employees want to sleep the whole night when they should be working, they take their days off even though we have staffing minimums and expect other people to work their days off to cover them, they dont even do the bare minimum of their job. This has created issues on other shifts like resentment and acting out. I tried to correct these employees and being extremely lenient with any corrections but they immediately flew into a rage screaming yelling and started calling me a racist. Im just so sick of being accused of being a racist. Its obvious and documented who's doing what and who's NOT doing what and im not trying to jam them up. I haven't told upper management that they all sleep and I haven't screamed or yelled at anyone. Why am I constantly being accused of racism? It genuinely enrages me and that people who engage or condone racist behavior disgusts me. Why cant it just be me dealing with pieces of shit and not a racist thing. Ugh
