Predictions on Pause Length

Hello,

I understand that there is no clear timeline and that no one knows anything, but based on historical data and legal limitations, how long can this pause realistically last?

Can CLINIC vs Rubio expedite the process? If the judge rules in favor of CLINIC, how long can the government leave the pause in place through appeals, stay in place etc.

Just purely based on logic, can the pause actually stay until the end of the current administration?

If the pause is lifted, the backlog as well as people getting interviewed will cause a surge in immigration which I assume the administration will try and prevent. Do you expect that once/if the pause is lifted, it could still take months for people that have previously had their interviews to get their visas?
