Hello everyone! I recently upsized from a 10 gallon to a 29 gallon tank. Right now, I have my old filter running as well as my new one to make sure things stay cycled. I just tested the water and things are looking good, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites and about 5ppm for nitrates.

I’m wondering how long the second filter should be kept in there for? It’s been about a week, just worried that if I take the old one out, things might crash.

Appreciate any other advice anyone might have about upsizing too, thank you! :)
