Hi,

My mom has a single ticket booked via Turkish Airlines:

Melbourne to Bangkok (Jetstar)

Bangkok to Istanbul (Turkish Airlines)

Istanbul to Denizli (Turkish Airlines)

I just checked in at Jetstar kiosk and they said they can only send it to Istanbul even though it's on a single booking. They put Istanbul on the luggage.

Will she have to pick it up in Istanbul or will Turkish Airlines automatically forward it to Denizli? If it has to be picked up she's very likely going to miss the next flight as it's only 1h 50m later...
