I purchased a white notebook online about 3 days ago and received an email that my order was canceled. On our way to southern CA, my husband suggested we stop set at coach outlet at Tejon pass. I walked the entire store and didn’t see any notebooks. I walked up to a SA and asked if they had any white notebooks and she said they would check in the back, and also asked if I wanted a pink one. I heard “pink” and my eyes lit up. I was settling on white after having missed the entire pink collection in Feb. I told her she made my day, I grabbed the pink and white notebooks happily. She then said that she was holding a denim large Rowan but the customer never came, she asked if I was interested. I couldn’t believe it, the bag came out in its packaging and I had to have it. Feeling like it was meant for me, not only the notebook but the Rowan too?! What an amazing shopping experience.
