I’ve been having these weird sort of “dreams” ever since I was 4 or 5. I say “dreams” because I only see it when I’m really tired but still awake but my eyes are either half or completely closed. And I really struggle to explain it even to myself.

It’s like a brown thing that looks like a cube but it has round corners and it feels really heavy. That’s it. Just a cube that doesn’t move. But every time I see it, it makes me feel anxious and sick. I don’t see it often, maybe once a year. But when it comes back it feels and looks the exact same every single time.

I was wondering if anyone had anything like this?
