I know I know, I should eat more protein-heavy foods in the first half of the day but sometimes I hit dinner and my option is either:
- eat a protein-heavy meal that meets my macros but puts me over daily deficit calories (499cal/day deficit goal), Or
- eat a lighter meal (salad) that is low cal and low/ no protein?
Which is preferable for petite weight loss and muscle build goals?
