I’ve just been prescribed Fluoxetine (Prozac) and have done 10mg for 1 week, 20mg for another 2 weeks and then now on 30mg.

I also already on 40mg Vyvanse.

Just wondering what people’s experiences have been with this combo as their bodies have been getting used to the meds?

My current experience is that on 10mg I felt small but good changes in the first week, 20mg I didn’t really notice anything, but on 30mg I’ve noticed increased anxiety, higher HR, and trouble sleeping at night due to raised HR and palpitations.

I’m not sure if I should speak to my doctor about decreasing the dosage again, or give it a few more weeks to see if my body adapts.
