First tilt table test

As stated in the title, I’m absolutely terrified of this up coming test. I’m seeing a new cardiologist who today just ordered a 30 day holter monitor and tilt table.

I’ve read and seen so many horror stories and how awful it flares everyone up even seen some people say they’ve flatlined. When I got hospitalized for an uncontrollable tachy episode and bad flare my cardiologist at the time didn’t want to do the tilt table said there was no need for it my symptoms alone were enough for a POTS diagnosis. But since I moved out of state and am seeing new doctors, they want one done.

Does anyone have any tips or can at least tell me what to expect?? (Granted I know things/symptoms vary per person.) I guess I’d just like a bit of my anxiety eased over it.
