Had a booking, got to the station on time, bus had left early. Got a ride two stops down the line only to find out they had cancelled the bulk of the trip. They are insufficiently capable to have pci/dss for their call center so you need to use their trash support loop webpage to ostensibly fill a form for a refund, but it just keeps going back to different support pages instead of a direct link to a form.
