USAAIO silver medal + USACO gold div

Curious to know how colleges (T20) view these 2 national level awards (USACO gold + USAAIO silver medal), and how much they weigh in on overall candidacy. I also have qualified 4x AIME.

I have strong GPA /SAT and other ECs, including university internship and selective summer programs, but just curious if these awards are going to help and in what way. I keep hearing people saying USACO is useless unless you go to camp, USAAIO is too small to matter, and AIME/AMC are too rigged with cheating. But I personally put in a lot of effort to practice. So I wanna know how they match with stuff like regional or state level science fair awards.

I'm interested in Upenn, Cornell, Northwestern and Duke as Cognitive Science major + AI/HCI.

Thanks;
