Tried another recipe - it required evaporated milk. I almost think it made it sweet or tart? The seasonings were garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper and chicken bouillon. Do you think the chicken bouillon is weird? My consistency is good but the taste is meh. I used Colby, white cheddar and mozzarella.
