Hello folks I am 32M. I underwent varicocele surgery 8 months back.

The semen parameters were very good after 6 months (progressive motility 65%)and then started tanking from 7th and 8th month(progressive motility 1%).

What on the earth can this paradoxical dip of Parameters can be explained? Has any one faced similar situation? Plz share them if you have any.
