Net Max connection issues
Hi all,
I have a few nest hubs and max and a few other chrome casts etc. but I'm having issues with one of them.
Basically it was reset and at the time it removed from the home app but since then I tried to reset it up, it would keep failing to connect to wifi and the device is showing in home but unavailable. Now when I reset that unavailable device doesn't disappear although if I go through the setup process on the hub I can change it's name etc which shows on the hub, so it's obviously talking to the home app prior to losing connection. .
It's also visible and connected on my router...
Any ideas?
I'm thinking it's stuck because of the old entity but there is no option to delete it (it just takes me to the nest can timeline)
