i am so torn between a ringconn and an ultra human. i do not want the oura for the subscription fees. To me, it looks like the ultra human has more insights (caffeine window), but the ringconn seems more reliable? I’m looking for a ring that I would make daily changes for my health.

Any insight into this would help.
