I was wondering if anyone has signed up for the US Fearnot Membership?

My one problem when trying to sign up is when it asks for State/Road/Region.

I am not sure what they are looking for at this point. It is the only thing stopping me from completing the purchase.

Any info/help would be excellent. Thanks in advance
