From what I’m aware, marijuana isn’t legalised for recreational use in Australia. Prescription only. If someone was to be pulled over in a random breath test, get drug tested, and test positive for THC regardless of having a medical certificate, they would still face the same consequences as someone without a medical certificate. Why is this? Some sort of fine scheme from the government, or laws that are due for an update?
