My friend was stopped at Amsterdam airport while trying to fly to the U.S. (F-1, Day 1 CPT). The officer said his SEVIS is not active, so they won’t let him board.
He contacted his DSO, and they said they will activate his SEVIS by the end of the day.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Any kind of leads will help at this point. What are do’s and Don’ts ?
