My partner and I will be visiting at the end of May. We are looking for good food, drinks, and vibes. We've been to Portland only once before and my uncle was our tour guide then. We went to several McMenamins and visited Dante's Sinferno. There were a lot of odditiy places that we plan on returning to.

However, we keep thinking about the amazing salmon at Sushi Chiyo and delicious waffles at Space Room Lounge. We'll be there for a little over a week so we'd appreciate any and all recommendations!
