So i have a house in sector 135 (around 150sqft) and there's a small piece of land adjacent to my land (around 50sqft) and i intend to buy it and have a larger piece of land on which I plan to construct a better house for rent. Its quite weird in shape so right now only garbage and an old rusty tank is parked there. What is the process to buy this piece of land from Noida Authority. I have no contacts. The guy from which i bought the land years ago insisted that i sell the land to him instead and refuses to help otherwise. I also went to the admin building but either the officer is on site duty or just absent. So kinda stuck.
