Bit of an interesting request that I need some help with. I'm basically planning on animating/tweening this character for an edit on TikTok, and figured it would be really cool to have the background be animated and move instead of just me re-drawing it, but I'm unsure of what nodes to use on the Fusion page to get a similar sort of result.

Obviously, I'd probably need to use the 3D camera, but what else would I need to have for the two different coloured rings to move? Hopefully I made some sense, and I would greatly appreciate any sort of help or screenshots on what to do to replicate this in a node tree.
