I’m kinda new to this whole cybersecurity topic
And I’m extremely paranoid that if I somehow accidentally download malware that it will compromise everything (had that happen before on windows)
So I started
-using Linux (manjaro)
-using a windows VM (for suspicious Files) with a gpu passthrough and NAT Connection
-not saving cookies/ or saving anything
-switched to Firefox thinking about brave
-using VPN (more just a general thing)
Like I said I’m paranoid and think that when I log into a site on my VM, with personal data, that it will be compromised when I for example get I infected with malware especially because I don’t really know how malware works (the common types)
I just know it executes some code.
For any tip or anything I would be extremely grateful
