Please help me! LiveKernelEvent Code: 193 80e. mini dumps added. updated drivers via DDU ect. Read below. I think due to MB

I have used DDU to uninstall and reinstall my graphics card drivers. I have swapped GPUs with my GF (both rtx 3080), and i still get the issue. Its causing massive performance drops.

I have had massive issues with my mb which i made on another post, which I've linked. I think it might be my mb, but I'm not sure.

My bios is up to date, I have ran a memtester86. Chipset is updated. I have also tried expo/xmp off

My specs are

Ryzen 7 9800x3d

32gb 6000mhz

rtx 3080

gigabyte x870 eagle

850wpsu

1tb/500gb ssd

Minidump is in comments, was not able to add to post.

I did find a temp fix for my mb, but I think its also causing this issue.

My other issue about mb, which i fixed:

I have also tried to download straight from realtek site, this didnt work.

To start, I'd like to say that it took me 6 months to figure this out, and it caused me massive stress/ I believe permanent damage to my MB. This issue mainly occurred in Rust. But it would very rarely occur outside of it. To me, this implies Rust or its anti-cheat triggers something that causes this issue.

The problem is with Ethernet. If I use Ethernet (with any driver available) and load into Rust, then into a server and restart. My pc will go into a black screen and never reboot, or it will say restarting and never restart or give me a BDOS with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (i have mini dumps if anyone wants them). But if i disconnect my Ethernet and disable the drivers, everything works fine, it restarts instantly and fast. Note this doesn't just happen in rust, i use Rust as an example because it always happens when i load it, even if i close the game down and then restart i get the same issue. However, when I first got my mb this didn't happen; it would restart, and it would just take a long time. Normally 3-5min. It then got progressivly worst as I couldn't figure out what the problem was and kept using Ethernet.

I know this isn't just for me, as I built my friends pc about 2 months ago and he uses the same motherboard. I used that one as I didn't realise it was the problem at the time and thought it was my RAM or drivers. He had the same issue as me, where it would take 3-5 mins to shut down or restart after playing rust, like i used to have when i first got my mb. As he doesn't know a lot about pcs he never complained or said anything. But once I told him to log into rust and restart without Ethernet/disable the drivers for it, his problem went then same as me. his pc restarted extremely quickly like it was meant too and all his issues went.

The reason I think its causes permant damge to my board is due to the fact i had the same issue as my friend when I first got my mb. But now mine will not take ages to restart but just not restart at all or will BSOD, which to me it's gotten worst. We both use the same drivers.

Another Issue with this motherboard is GCC updates your bios to an unstable version(f10). Which has even been removed from their site. I did tell them a few days ago and they said they will udate it and ive not checked since, so they may have, but still a big issue. That would have caused a lot of people to download a bad bios.

If anyone else has any bad experiences, please let me know or if anyone has any good please say that too. The issues mainly occurred on Rust and not other games. Like I said it did in other things but I couldn't get it to consistently occur like rust.
