I recently bought a GP100. It's my first handgun.

How often do I need to clean it? What's a good maintenance/cleaning schedule?

I shoot about 100 rounds at the range each time. No outdoor use. Mostly 38 special, but I've started working in 357 (I'm not sure if ammo type affects cleaning needs).

Lastly, if there's a good kit or product you like, please recommend it.
