should i apply for oneblood before or after my phlebotomy training classes at a hospital?
at first i thought i should wait 12 weeks (my classes are once a week) to get my certification and experience before applying at oneblood but then i heard that phlebotomists who work at hospitals have a hard time with getting used to working at a blood donation center and its like relearning everything all over again. what are your guys thoughts? i have no healthcare experience whatsoever. im 18 if thats relevant
