I’m looking for some insight into the magistrate recruitment qualifying assessment (not the interview stage that comes after).
From what I understand, for each scenario you’re given four possible actions and you have to choose the most effective response.
How difficult is it in practice? Is it mostly common sense, or are there specific qualities they’re really looking for?
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone with first-hand experience.
