I just had a new build completed. Tesla was able to ship me my wall charger and my mobile charger as well as the touch up paint kit. They sent via fedex. Just checked to see where my all weather floor mats are and they were shipped via UPS and are being returned to sender because they can't find my address (we're live on Google, but not apple maps yet)

Anyone had luck getting ahold of a human in customer service to reship via fedex?
